Compiler: Compiler: Microsoft Visual C/C++(16.00.40219) C++ Linker: MSVC600 (I upgraded mine to Service Pack 6)

Build

Edit CMAKE_LINKER in CMakeLists.txt to point to your installation of MSVC. Build using CMake and NMake.
